How to use the guides

Start with the situation you need to deal with, then learn the Swedish name of the document. Each guide explains the purpose, the terms you will meet and the questions to check before you open the corresponding agreement page.

1. Read the overview first. Confirm that the guide addresses your parties, document and timing.
2. Keep the Swedish terms. They help you recognise the same document in forms, correspondence and the agreement builder.
3. Follow the document link. The agreement page shows what the document covers, the current price and the next practical step.
4. Stop if the facts do not fit. Cross-border assets, conflicting parties or an unusual transaction may need individual advice instead of a standard document.
