How it actually works
No surprises, in either direction. Here is the whole process, including the parts most services leave out: what language things are in, when you pay, and what happens if the document turns out to be wrong for you.
1. Work out which document you need
Start from the situation, not the name. Each document page explains in English what that document does, when people in Sweden need it, and which statute governs it. If two documents look similar — a cohabitation agreement and a prenuptial agreement, a promissory note and a guarantee — the pages say plainly which one fits which situation. If you are still unsure, ask us; we would rather tell you that you need a cheaper document, or none at all, than sell you the wrong one.
2. Buy access before starting
Create an account, choose self-service or lawyer assistance, and pay the fixed price before the questions open. Self-service starts from 195 kr, including VAT. The purchase covers one document instance, with 30 days to fill it in and edit it. There is no subscription.
3. Answer and review
Answer the Swedish questions and review the completed document. Some templates require a Swedish personal identity number; the document page explains this before purchase. Progress is saved to your account. Ask us if you need help with a term or a choice.
4. Follow the document's signing rules
Where e-signing is permitted, the person who starts it uses an account and invited signers follow personal links and verification steps. The signed file carries a fingerprint and a timestamp so later file changes can be detected. Other documents must be printed, witnessed, registered or signed using a legally specified method; the document page tells you which route applies. BankID signing is currently a test-environment feature, not a live option.
5. Keep it somewhere you will find it
The finished document stays in your account, so you can download it again, send it to a bank, or update it later when circumstances change. Swedish documents like prenuptial agreements and wills need to be findable years after you made them, and a file on an old laptop is not that.

When a template is the wrong answer
Some situations should not be solved with a document you fill in yourself: an estate with property in more than one country, a business sale with real money in it, a custody dispute where you and the other parent do not agree, anything where someone is under pressure to sign. In those cases the right move is to talk to a lawyer, and we will say so rather than take the sale. You can book one of ours, or take the advice and go elsewhere — both are fine.
If you would rather not fill in a form at all
You do not have to. For every document in the catalogue there is a fixed-price option where one of our lawyers drafts it for you after a conversation in English. It costs more than the online version, and for a complicated situation it is usually the cheaper choice in the end.
