What a dog sale contract does
For buying or selling a dog: identity and chip number, pedigree, health checks, vaccinations, price and what happens if a hereditary condition appears. Standard practice with any serious breeder.
In Sweden this document is called Köpekontrakt hund. It is worth learning the Swedish term: it is what a bank, a housing association, an employer or an authority will ask you for, and searching for the English name alone will often turn up rules from another country that do not apply here. The rules come from The Sale of Goods Act, köplagen (1990:931), and the questions you answer while creating the document are the ones that statute makes relevant.
